Our economy is set to continue with low interest rates for the next few years and the Governor of the Bank of England has announced this morning that our banks are in a far healthier situation now than they were before the 2008 crash and so we should have continuing stability with low interest rates and our banks’ finances in good shape.
Whatever your view, I believe that the medium to long term prospects in the UK housing market are extremely good and the demand for more new homes to be built should help increase housing stock.
